An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager post within our Family Group Conferencing (FGC) and Family Networking Advisory Service. The Service has recently expanded and now covers both Community and Partnerships (Early Help) and Social Work pathways.
The Service promotes and supports the embedding of a family networking approach throughout Social Care and partner agencies. In addition, through its team of accredited FGC Advisors, it delivers independently facilitated FGCs.
The Manager is also responsible for the Children and Young People’s Participation Team that is focused on providing opportunities for children and young people receiving a social care service to give their views and influence both practice and service delivery. The team is specifically responsible for the development and promotion of Norfolk’s In Care Council.
Both services sit within the Independent Statutory Services’ management structure. The post requires extensive experience of both management and service development.
For an informal discussion, please contact Kim Abel (Service Manager) on 01603 217727.
