Wells, Fakenham and Holt Cluster Libraries

£9.74 - £9.93 per hour (Scale D)

6 hours per week

We are looking for Library and Information Assistants to work in our cluster team at Wells library to make sure that all our customers get the help they need. This includes supporting customers with IT, helping them find information and talking to customers about books.

 

We are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic people who are excellent communicators and experienced in using IT. We aim to give excellent customer service, so we need you to be able to demonstrate that you have recent experience of serving customers of all ages from across the whole community, working in a face to face environment.

 

The role will include lone working, evening and weekend work as required. You will also need to be flexible as you may be asked to cover for staff sickness, training days and holidays, as well as working in other libraries in the cluster (e.g. Fakenham and Holt Libraries)
