Educator Solutions is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to provide a high quality professional focus for marketing a wide range of well-established and innovative services to the evolving education sector.

Educator Solutions was formed in 2016 and provides educational expertise and business solutions from Norfolk County Council and other trusted partners, to education establishments such as schools, academies, colleges and pre-school establishments in Norfolk and beyond. Educator Solutions is a Norfolk County Council trading enterprise.

The successful candidate will lead the planning and implementation of the marketing strategy of Educator Solutions; ensuring the business is sustainable through maximising income in existing service areas and developing new markets and products, ensuring Educator Solutions is the provider of choice for traded services to education establishments in Norfolk and beyond.

As a member of the Senior Management Team the post holder will contribute towards the overall strategic leadership, direction and development of the Educator Solutions business enterprise and will lead the operational management of our outdoor venues at Holt Hall and Whitlingham Adventure. This role requires extensive working under your own initiative, and robust challenge of current methods in pursuing an evidence-based approach to ensure that resources are used effectively.

We are looking for someone who:
• At least 3 years’ experience of working in a business to business marketing role;
• Has highly developed communication skills, confidence, credibility, and promotes teamwork;
• Has experience in driving forward redesign of services and products in line with differing and evolving customer requirements;
• Significant experience of identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a high rate of conversion to sales and is customer and outcomes focused, ;
• Uses initiative, is innovative and is a creative thinker, has an ability to work under pressure and to prioritise;
• Has significant experience of building and maintaining websites and other promotional media;
• Is analytical and good at presenting market data into useful management information to Board level.
