37 hours per week

Fixed term contract until 31 March 2022

 

SHARE Museums East is the Regional Museum Development Programme for the East of England, funded by Arts Council England (ACE). SHARE resources and brokers development opportunities for museums across the region and supports them to deliver against ACE’s five strategic goals of Excellence, Audiences, Resilience, Leadership & Diversity and Children & Young People. 

A highly organised and efficient person is required to assist in the delivery of SHARE's programmes and activities, with a particular focus on office administration and events organisation. 

You will have a track record of administrative experience, including knowledge of financial systems and procedures, customer service and helping to organise meetings and events. You will be numerate and highly organised with an eye for detail. You will also be flexible and adaptable with an enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude. Experience of working in a museum or gallery environment would be useful, as would use of social media in a work environment.
