Thank you for your interest in Norfolk First Response. The aim of our service is to keep people living in their own homes for as long as possible. Whether you have previous experience or new to social care, we have opportunities for all and can provide an in-depth induction, full training and great benefits.

We offer 4 services for the people of Norfolk with opportunities available across each service:

 

Norfolk First Support - Reablement support for adults in their own homes for up to 6 weeks with planned visits.

 

Supported Care - Working with Health colleagues in the North and South to prevent hospital admissions.

 

Norfolk Swift Response – 24-hour service providing help and support if there are urgent, unplanned social care needs.

 

Accommodation Based Reablement (Benjamin Court) - 18-bed unit in Cromer helping people to regain daily living skills before returning home
