Client Exchequer Services are looking for a highly experienced Welfare Rights Manager to manage:

The Welfare Rights Team which provides advice to those eligible for Adult Social Care and their families. The Welfare Rights advice to the Leaving Care Service. The Client Financial Affairs Team which manages the financial affairs of those assessed to lack the capacity to manage their own financial affairs under the Mental Capacity Act 2005. The operational management and development of Norfolk’s Local Assistance Scheme which gives grants to those in crisis or those being rehoused.
