Whitlingham Adventure offers a wide range of adventurous activities on water and land to young people, adults, families and to local communities. Activities include archery, canoeing, climbing, kayaking, orienteering, sailing, stand up paddleboarding, windsurfing and more.

 

Based within Whitlingham Country Park, a gateway to the Broads National Park, the centre provides individual courses, school and group activities, adventure clubs, craft hire and a range of opportunities to be active outdoors.

 

We are looking for qualified Assistant Activity Instructors to join our team who will deliver to a range of people in their relevant activities. You should have some experience of working within an outdoor education centre, club or similar, delivering these activities to ages 8 years and upwards and hold at least one of the following: an RYA Instructor or Assistant Instructor (Dinghy or windsurf), British Canoeing L1 Coach, British Canoeing Paddlesport Leader or Instructor Award, NCC climbing wall supervisor, MT Climbing Wall Award, Archery GB Instructor, MIAS Level 1 Instructor or BSUPA Level 1 Instructor.

 

Good rates of pay and flexible working, with the opportunity for progress and development within the centre and the industry, gaining a range of experiences during the season. Instructors are employed on a sessional basis, with activities being delivered throughout the summer season including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
