Posts 1 – 2: £4,882 - £4,980 plus weekend enhancements, per annum (Scale C)

Part-time, 10 hours per week (two posts, weekends only)

Posts 3 – 5: £8,788 - £8,964 plus weekend enhancements, per annum (Scale C)

Part-time, 18 hours per week (three posts)

 

If you have a passion for culture and heritage and are experienced in working in a customer focussed environment, come and join us at the Norwich museums.

 

You may have experience of working in a leisure, heritage or retail environment with excellent customer care skills, experience of operating sophisticated computer systems and also cash handling skills.

 

Duties will include ticket sales, selling merchandise, delivering guided tours of the Battlements & Dungeons, gallery invigilation and any other requirements of the role.

 

Working days are varied Monday – Sunday including regular weekend working, bank holidays and occasional evenings. Working patterns are available with this job pack, please state any preference of pattern (or patterns) with your application.
