Head of Service – Youth Offending Team 093 CHHE

£57,258 to £64,113 per annum (Scale N)

37 hours per week

Fixed term contract/secondment opportunity for 6 months

 

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, driven and highly influential leader to take up the position of the Head of Service - Youth Offending Team in Norfolk. We are looking for the post to be filled initially on a 6 month basis.  

 

We would like to hear from experienced senior managers with a proven track record of working collaboratively to lead and manage highly effective services including up to and through an inspection.  

 

A professional qualification related to criminal justice, social work, policing or other relevant field is required together with experience of working at a senior level in safeguarding and public protection. A working knowledge of the relevant legislative and statutory frameworks is essential.

 

Ideally, we would be looking for someone to be in post by January 2022.
